Journey
In the start, Jonny Bowden The Nutrition Mythbuster used to play piano as a pianist, all over New York and his main focus was Alvin Ailey Dance Studios, along with this, he continued his masters, and over time, he started conducting road companies with the well-known Broadway shows.
In one of his talk shows, he told that he was fat and totally out of shape, but while conducting those shows once he asked a good-in-shape actor to show him his workout which usually actors do. That was the turning point in his life, and after that, he uses to exercise daily for a half year and lost nearly 20 pounds which is a big achievement.
He also told that he thought that coffee and cigarettes at 11 am were his breakfast. Continuing this passion, he got 6 different certifications in personal training including popular ones like ACSM, NASM, and ACE. after that he started to work as a trainee in a gym named “Equinox” he worked there for like 7 years and finally become a professional in it.
He was good at music but better at Fitness so he dropped professional Music and started giving full-time to the Gym.
